Good so far, set-up finicky

The printer is fast and print quality is good.
I've only had it a week so I can't comment on durability.
Three stars because set-up could be much easier. Having to repeat 1) download installer, 2) attach cable, 3) wait several minutes, for every machine on my home network was no fun at all.
ADDING one usability demerit for not telling me up front which characters are allowed in my required Nickname in this forum.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer works great. Set up could be easier. Wifi set up is little difficult. The iprint and scan app works better than AirPrint.

Office -Max recommended the Brothers HL-L2380DW
since I ask for a black only , wireless, laser printer at a reasonable price. Thus Far I am pleased, as it was easy to connect and operate. I am anxious to see how it is on ink consumption.

I moved up from a Brother MFC-J470DW when I started to have issues with it not printing and always struggling to get it to feed the checks from my business correctly.
I LOVE this Laser printer, so far. It feeds paper and checks quickly, and accurately, it uses so little toner, holds much more paper. I may miss the ability to print in color, but it wasn't a deal breaker. With the wireless feature, I am able to put the printer in another room and clear some work space on my desk.

This has to be the easiest printer I have ever installed. I am using a Macbook Pro and it took about 90 seconds and I was printing. Great stuff!
