This printer is outstanding. Not one issue with it with over 800 pages printed. It is fast and economical. I would absolutely recommend it for personal use or small business use.

Good simple basic printer

The printer is exactly what I wanted, a simple functional B & W everyday unit that just works. Setup with wireless connection was easy...nice surprise! Great basic little printer!

Good printer. Dissapointed with pronter cartridge

The cartridge needed replacement sooner than advertised pages. I purchased another Brother cartridge. That too is low on toner before reaching the advertise page limit. I am only printing text on black and white. It is not as though I am printing images. This has become an expensive printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Meets My Needs Very Well

I bought this printer a couple months ago for my small office. It was easy to install the software and easy to make the wireless connection. It has worked perfectly in printing correspondence, envelopes, and documents on several different types of paper. So, far, I am completely satisfied and would recommend this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very reliable. Easy assess door for jams. Holds a lot of paper. Ink is cheaper. Setup is simple. Great machine.

The replacement product was junk

I was given replacement product company refurbished and its junk . Scan doesn't work and even if paper is in the tray, it say empty. It's doesn't detect sometime . It totall disappointment

Bad experience.

Had it on with wi-fi and it worked well. Now it does not work and I can't get it turned on again. I went thru all the things told on your site and I still can't get it going.
