Double Sided Issues

I like the printer a lot, but a short while after receiving and using it, the print double-sided option disappeared and I can't figure out how to re-enable it.

Print Qaulity

The quality of the printed text is excellent, speed of printing outstanding. When a photo is included the resultant quality is poor. I realize this is not a photo printer but the B&W unit I use at work prints excellent reproductions. I'm giving the printer to a local school where it fits perfectly with their requirements. I'm opting for a color laser unit that doesn't use color toner for black text. This is still a great B&W text printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Apparently unresolvable problems between my computer, the Windows 10 OS, and the 32-bit driver for the printer have effectively relegated this machine to the status of dust-gatherer. After playing a trick on the software suggested by a friend who works in IT, I finally got the driver to complete installation on try number seven. I was able to print one page as a test. That one page looks fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How did I manage without it?

I love it! No more going to other room to plug in computer before printing. Wireless works great. Even granddaughter uses it from the house next door. It was pretty easy to set it up after downloading and following instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Laser Printer

This printer produces superior printed material, quickly and cost effectively. It is compact, easy wireless set up and easy to use. Pleasantly surprised at the depth of tones, when an image is originally full color. Choosing "economy" and two-sided printing further saves money. All around excellent performer!
