Simple, clean and reliable. Easy to hide on a bookshelf. Connects to LAN effortlessly. I've been along time HP user, but after the disappointing results with the PW1102 I'm switching everything to Brothers.

Loud and WIFI Incapable

Very load printer, decent quality.
WIFI is horrid. I own 8 Brother printers. We use IOS and Windows. They all have significant WIFI issues.
I have called Brother dozens of times, with the same fix. Remove everything, reinstall and it works for a short period. Only fix is to be hard wired.
Don't know if it is that way with all printers but VERY frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great deal for the money

This is a value purchase for a light to moderate use home printer. The toner price is reasonable, easy to replace and Brother offers a re-cycle by mail program for the used cartridge.
The only downside I've found is the lack of being able to track the copy usage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, so good! Prints well, no problems at all! I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a way of saving printing costs, versus inkjet printing.

Would have been good to have more than 1 line of input screen and better instructions. Was a problem entering the WYFI info.
Other than that it was great as usual.

One of the better devices on the market that combines printing, copying, scanning, and wireless access. Can not beat it for performance and economy. Great all around laser printer.
