Does not work as intended

Many others have experienced the same problem (i.e. scan button on printer does not work). All the documentation shows how it should work. If you follow it to a tee, it DOES NOT work. Still waiting to hear from Brother on this issue. I am not at all happy. I used to like Brother printers, but now, not so much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOVE IT!

This is the best home office printer I have ever purchased, and I've had many. It is small and compact yet prints so clean and clear and fast. Love the fact that it is wireless and can also print from my smartphone and tablet. No more having to e-mail myself and then print from the main computer. I will never miss another important message by deleting in error before I've printed it. I am so impressed with the quality and the fact that I won't go broke on the toner pricing. Thank you Brother.....keep up the good product choices!

Great printer

I usually dread installing new hardware on my computer. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the installation. My Windows 7 computer immediately recognized the new printer, went out to the web for the drivers and installed them. Totally no hassle. The printout quality is excellent. The printer responds very quickly to a print request. I'm very happy that I chose this printer.

Great Purchace

This printer has been just what we needed. We were constantly running out of ink or drying out from the AZ heat. I elected to go away from color since it was very seldom used. It is super fast and always ready within a few seconds of sending data to it. I was told I would enjoy a laser printer but I don't know why I waited so long to purchase one. Best move I ever made. All the features of this printer work very well with our requirements. Great purchase!

So far, my HL-L2360 DW has performed great. It is easy to hook-up, user-friendly, and continues to operate with minimal costs. Although the toners are rather expensive, the amount of pages it prints with the DR-630 has been true. The DR-630 drum toner can print up to 12,000 pages. I have been unable to find any other printers for home and office use that can operate efficiently and as cost effective. If you are utilizing your home for an office or have a home owned business, this printer is ideal for high printing quality and cost efficiant.

Finally, a printer that will work with both wifi and USB-- at the same time! My husband has a computer strictly for photos and document writing with no internet connection. I use strictly wifi. Any other computer I've tried will not do both, without major hassles, no matter what they say. The HL-L2360DW was so easy to set up for all our computers. Had all 3 set up and running smoothly in 20 minutes. Also, we use black and white 95% of the time and I'm tired of wasting money on inkjet cartridges. I can save the color printer for rare times now and save money. This printer makes very fast copies and great print quality. I like the 2 sided printing option. I would definitely recommend this printer!
