DON"T BUY THIS IF YOU OWN A MAC BOOK PRO

We bought one a month ago, and it cannot be used with a Mac Book Pro. There is a glitch in the software.
I wrote Brother and got all sorts of answers that don't solve the problem. I love brother products and it does work with my MacBook Air. But, don't buy it. It's not worth theh hassle.

This printer has only the features that I will be using most of the time. I have own 6 printers with the fax feature and I have never once used this feature. The replacement cartridges for this printer are more reasonable than those of other Brother printers. I have found out that if the printers are reasonable then the replacement cartridges or drums are not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All Good for me, it's fast and I don't have to mess with all the costly ink cartages all the time, which were ALWAYS a problem for me to load.
Approximately 2600 copies on one toner cartridge, that works for me.

A Nice Entry Point for Laser Printing

I came across this printer after doing a lot of online shopping for my new home business. I have a formal background in laser printer repair and service, so I have a good idea of what to look for. I also needed auto-duplex printing for some customer forms, and low cost of consumables for ongoing operation.
The 2360DW fits that surprisingly well. Setup was straightforward; print quality (text and graphics) is extremely good for this price point; and toner/drum replacement costs make this printer more economical than my color inkjet all-in-one, whose cartridges keep drying out.
Some things could be better--wireless configuration does not always work as described in the documentation (an advanced user can work through the printer menus and set it up in about 5 minutes, though). The driver for Windows 8 and MacOS work well, but could use some additional duplex printing options for booklets. But even so, this is now my go-to printer for everyday utility items as well as customer correspondence.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i needed a copier that was fast, simple, and reliable. The Brother Laser printer was what I purchased and happy to report it is exactly what I wanted. As a musician, I print parts from PDF files and the print is sharp and comes out very quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this Brother monochrome laser printer as a replacement for a Samsung ML-2525W laser printer. I needed to move that printer to a different location in the house which turned out to be impractical for the Samsung's USB connection and physical size. The Brother HL-L2360DW's Wi-Fi connectivity, size and price fit the bill so I bought it.
I had a minor issue getting it set up on the Wi-Fi network but once completed it has worked pretty flawlessly ever since. Only once have I had to reboot it for not responding because it lost the WiFi connection. Simply power it off and on from the button and it reconnects.
As far as text print quality goes it is very very good and similar to to the Samsung. The one flaw is that it is not quite as crisp and well defined with graphics as the Samsung but this is inconsequential for me and probably most users, unless you're really picky.
Overall, for the feature set you get, this is the best bang-for-the-buck laser printer out there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It converts files to PDF flawless and I love never printing in color again!!!!!!!
After loading everything from the enclosed disc onto
our computers, scanning and sending to a laptop is easy.
The unit came with a starter toner cartridge 700 pages and the replacement cartridge does 2300 pages. I'll never use inkjet again.
Prints 2 sided no problem and is very fast.
