Awesome Printer

For a small office or home office there is nothing more you could ask for in a printer. The software is the biggest glitch, it takes extremely long to install and hangs up. Even though it said it didn't install it actually did. Was very easy to get the wireless running. The cloud features are impressive. It duplexes flawlessly. I even can print from my Widows phone. This is an excellent tool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

appiled to two laptops Neither would connect and print wireless. Called brothers support to get free help connecting. everthing needed $$$. got connected but hooked for $$$$$$$$

needs updated driver

My iMac OS is 10.10 and you do not have a driver for it. I spent hours on the phone with Apple to get it right. Apple tells me that you do not offer on your website driver for 10.10

I bought this because a printer repair company said they never see these printers in their shops.
So I bought one and it wireless connections works with no problems. Print quality is good speed it good. Just a good little work horse of a printer.

The printer/copier works great. It was easy to set up, even for me! I'm thrilled not to be constantly replacing expensive ink cartridges.

Poor quality

It worked great until it was 2 months off the one year warranty. Piece of crap by Brother. Not economical to repair. Big disappointment with Brother

Another excellent Brother Product

I bought a another Brother laser printer last week. This time it was a HL-L2360DW. The quick Start instructions were spot on, and I had it working wirelessly with 3 pc's, a Mac, plus I-pads and I-phones in short order. The print quality is good and I like the duplex feature to save paper. The only negative is that it seems to be noisier than my other Brother printers.
I would recommend this to a friend!
