HL-L2360DW Printer

The product was fairly priced and seemed to do what I needed it to do, however, it didn't so I returned it.
It was rather tiresome to set up, but it did work fairly well when using my cell phone, but it would not print from my laptop computer (maybe because it had a Vista OS). I needed it to do both. I also need a machine that will copy...this one didn't. I may try it again with an upgrade model that will copy also.

Very Good Printer for the Money

At first, the printing was speckled with, "white" spots where it skipped the ink - I manually cleaned it by th green arrow slider, and it got better, albeit slowly. I am still on that same starter toner and it is fine, now. Took about 1/2 ream of paper, though. Works inexpensively as a laser printer for bar codes in particular. Great price; very good.
However; I must go to their website to control ink supply, DPI and other adjustments. I was disappointed because I prefer to do those things in house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Little Disappointed

I had trouble setting up the connection to my "hot spot". Twice in four months it needed to be reconnected.
Also I did not realize it would not print in color, though I hardly ever use color.
However, it is pretty reliable.

Disappointing

When I bought this model I was unaware that it did not copy or scan, but was only capable of printing computer generated material. Fortunately I was able to exchange it for a Brother model that prints, copies and scans.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the HL-L2360DW because I needed a good wireless printer that was not an inkjet. This one had good reviews. The wireless setup was very easy. Nice step-by-step instructions. I think that it goes into as deep sleep mode. I have not yet printed in duplex or printed an envelope, so I cannot comment on those aspects. It is not hot like my MCF-8840D. It is bit noisy when printing but nothing offensive. So far I am very happy with it.

Best Bang for your Buck!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and service provided by our new Brother HL-L2380DW printer. This is my first Brother product and they have made a believer out of me. I would definitely recommend this printer for the quality and economic savings!
