easily best wireless setup. the Boss said we must remove clutter: we started with this HL-L2360DW printer. wireless hookup was flawless.
oh, it's an excellent printer.

unit stopped working?

printer worker very well for 2 weeks, using my HP laptop and IPad..........Now I can't get system to work....Printer says its connected , but both computers say printer is OFFLINE when I attempt to print anything...................What do you recommend I do next?

Not as simple as one would expext

I recv'd this mono printer as a gift...the functionality is, for the most part, great...but...I cannot, thru the instruction manual, get this printer to scan to a file on my desktop. I have a strong (Verizon) FIOS signal, but the printer cannot find my computer for some strange reason. And my Adobe, for some strange reason, cannot find my printer...and it is in wireless mode...I guess I'll try to use cables, to see if this works...

Best software, runs too hot!

1st bought another famous brand. Software load was unfriendly.
Tried Brother Laser. Brilliant software and video for install --> piece of cake. Loaded my "laser safe" letterhead and it ghosted the ink off and onto the drum and wrecked my printing. Took letterhead back to printer. Their 1st question: "are you using a Brother?" "Yes I am" "That's the problem, they run a lot hotter than the other brands and we don't know why."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A reliable printer!!

Finally a great reliable printer that is easy to hook up AND has good customer support. I struggled to start with, couldn't get my laptop to connect. Tech support referred me to my laptop manufacturer, and sure enough once I got my laptop "fixed", it was good to go. As long as you don't need color, this is an excellent choice.

The printer works well but I like an increased print density setting. I wish there was a way to make it a default density setting.

Excellent Printer

I have used at least 5 printers from different manufacturers so far, none came close to Brother printer's performance and print capabilities.
I took help from a support person to setup after that never had an issue since last 6 months.
I am very pleased with it's performance and it receives 5 star rating. Moreover it is a good value for my money.

Bad purchase ever

Not good printer at all. I wish i could return it. It is very unreliable in printing. We have to turn on and off all the time for printing.
