Great first laser printer

Once we were able to get the printer to recognize and remember our wireless network, it has been a great machine. We don't print a lot but have been very happy with the results we've gotten in terms of quality and speed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My printer does not turn off. I press the button over and over and over again, but the light does not go out. I have to unplug it in order to shut it down.

Excellent printer

Quick easy setup out of the box. No problems with wifi connection. First laser printer I've owned, beats my past ink jet printers hands down.

a waste of my time

needed wireless printer for our various laptops, smart phones, iPads. can't even register my product. won't take password or a reset. can't link various products to wireless printing. can't use scanner. I am not totally dumb and never had these problems before. Unless someone can help soon, don't waste your time and money on a brother laser printer, scanner.

Great Machine

We bought the HL-L2360DW to be the workhorse printer at home. We recognized that, for the most part, our printing needs were black & white and that, if successful, the Brother machine would save us many dollars. Our existing HP printer was "devouring" color cartridges at great cost per month.
The Brother machine is great. It has a small footprint and sits quietly in the corner waiting for the next job via wi-fi. It prints on both sides, it's fast and quiet. The only con is that printing envelopes is a fairly complicated procedure - so we don't use it for envelopes.
Great value for the money.
