The printer is easy to connect to computer. No problems with printing from computer. Simple to change the ink cartridge.

Easy to set up and use. I like the 'sleep' feature so I don't have to turn on and off. Quality of print is good but a little bit on the light side. It definitely serves its purpose for the money I paid.

Evelope problems

This printer is very good especially considering the price, however I have problems when I try to print envelopes. After a few envelopes it tells me I have a paper jam. There never is a paper jam but I have to go through the clearing procedure in order to be able to continue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

OK product for the money spent but disappointing

We replaced another Brother printer with this model so that we go wireless. It prints good but is not as good as feeding paper and the other features are not as easy to use. We miss the ability to be able to use a second sheet feeder to use 28 pound paper for some of our documents that we print. It also goes offline for reasons we have not yet discovered. And we end up rebooting our whole system. Not as convenient as the old one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Black only printer/scanner combo

Was tired of buying ink cartridges and never getting to use them after my first initial week cause they would dry up and now with this new printer I dont have any of those issues. A much better printer and combo scanner with no issues.

Glad I Bought It

I should have bought this a long time ago. I don't need color for any of my printing. When my old color printer ran out of ink, I did not feel like spending another $50+ for ink that was only going to evaporate due to not use. I started to investigate laser printers and found the HL-L2380DW fit what I needed. Got a good price and ordered it. Best printer I have ever had!
