This is my second Brother and find it very reliable, but wish there could be a blinking light to let me know when I am out of paper. My printer is in a cabinet and I cannot see the paper window.

Great Printer! But that's It!

When I bought this printer I thought I was purchasing a 3 in 1. But to my surprise it had no other features. I have to blame myself as I believe the salesman and I did not communicate well. So, Great Printer! Nothing else! Caveat Emptor! May the buyer beware! Lesson learned!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a very good product ands a lot of nice features that my previous copier did not have.Menu driven screen is a nice feature. Wifi connection was extremely helpful on the original installation' and your application people were vey helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is my second of this type, a mono laser. My earlier was, I believe a 2270, which finally expired. This new on seems to be the same size and shape, but is painted black, which I don't like. The old one was a more subtle silver/gray. The 2360 is a solid, fast printer with double side printer and maybe other features I don't know about. I just print one side. It was easy to install, using the Wi-Fi button. The old one was difficult to install. The print quality is very nice, and the paper and toner cartridges are easy to load. However, there is always a however, this printer is very noisy, a really annoying sound compared to my old one. I can only hope it quiets down as it gets older. Otherwise a fine unit at a reasonable price.

Love it! I never have problems printing from any iphone, android phone, ipad, or any computer. Works great! Never run out of toner! Fast!
