With the pasta attachment, it makes smooth and delicious fresh pasta! I also love the colour of my KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer (green apple) and I think that the quality is amazing! The mixer is much more quiet than the other brands and it is definitely something I would recommend to anyone. Thumbs up!
