[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the mixer to replace my old Kitchen aid that died...but worked for about 8 years. Unfortunately this one isn't holding up too well. On it's second use with kneading bread dough, the bowl came out of the mixer...and was stripped and won't work anymore. I'm glad I kept my old bowl, but disappointed that it's only been a week and I'm already having issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased online so easy to place order. Have wanted this mixer for a long time. Finally justified it. Have made several cream cheese pound cakes. First cake was a learning experience, didn’t use cover, did great until the flour hit the beater, white flour went flying everywhere!

It cuts down the time on my bread and tortilla making. Which helps me tremendously! I’m always trying to find recipes just so I can use it! I’ve got one attachment and I can’t wait to get the rest! Love it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my xmas gift this year, and I've been wanting one for a while now. I've used this once a week at least and I just love it. It makes baking so much easier. Is also super easy to clean. My next purchase will be the pasta maker since we love to make homemade pasta. I have it on my countertop because is also so beautiful and matches our black and white kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally upgraded from an electric hand mixer to this stand mixer! I'm an avid home baker who has been reluctant to give up the limited counter space for this bulky appliance. But I'm glad I finally did. I washed the mixer bowl before use with a paste made of coarse salt and vinegar and I had no grey residue on my batter. So far, I'm pleased with my upgrade.
