[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 40 year old KitchenAid stand mixer was nearing the end. I decided to upgrade to this new mixer with a more powerful 325 W motor and the larger 5 Qt bowl. Wow, what a difference from my old 250 W motor. This motor purrs. I am no longer afraid to do breads in the mixer, or anything. I can double cookie recipes now. Oh by the way, the matte black is beautiful. It has a "quiet grace" sitting on my counter. So happy to have this new tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] best mixer ever! This is my 2nd one, the other one I had for about 15 years, gave it to my daughter in law. Just got a new one because the other one was red, I don't do red! My husband bought it, but this year he bought me a black one, LOVE IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got tired of using a $9.99 hand mixer that would stop and I could smell the motor. I wanted the best, so I bought the artisan. I am definitely not disappointed. It is a heavy duty mixer and gets the job done for me. I now have ordered three kitchen aid mixer cookbooks and I can not wait to see what I can do with those. I have also been looking at the attachments, which I will be purchasing in the near future.

Great mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer does great but when mixing a batch of dough for cinnamon rolls it seemed like it was really over working it. Obviously the head was locked down all the way but even so it seems like it was over woking the machine even on the stir to low settings. Overall a great mixer though.

Christmas gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mixer as a Christmas gift to replace an older model that I've been using since forever. It will certainly make my time baking Christmas cookies a lot more efficient. I just wish the attachments weren't so expensive. There are a few that would be beneficial for other things i would like to try.
