Deep Scratch/screw fell out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A screw fell out of it during the first use and it arrived, fully protected with foam, etc., with a deep scratch. I sent it back. I’d like to buy another one but am skeptical that I’d get a good one.

Incredibly tough, powerful and well built!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for a number of reasons, the main ones being bread making (and large batches of cookies) and food prep. It was mind blowing to watch it knead out huge bowls full of dough with zero problems and to let it make quick work of just about anything we put in it. The most impressive was when we put on our meat grinder attachment and essentially ground up an entire chicken for our homemade raw cat food, bones and all. Overall I highly suggest this beast of you spend any time in a kitchen, it’s truly a life saver.

Is mine just a lemon?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old one because I wanted a color change but I wish I hadn’t. The bowl won’t stay attached. They sent me a new plate and it’s way too big and won’t even attempt to hold the bowl. To use it I need to hold the bowl with two hands and have my husband turn it on and off for me. Then today it shut off while needing dough. I hate that you have to call to get any service because the hours are when I’m also working making it difficult. I wish I could send an email or live chat to get this fixed. I’m super disappointed and frustrated.

Beautiful and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy that I upgraded my older 'Power Plus 300 watt 4.5 qt' model to the Artisan 325 watt 5 qt. It's gorgeous on my countertop, and has that extra power to do breads and thick batters efficiently. Love it! (As a side note, I'm not happy that I have to give my age to post this review.)
