[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] waited for way too long to purchase one of these. finally, at almost 42, i got myself one as a late xmas gift—should have done this forever ago! it just makes baking SO MUCH EASIER! icings, breads, batters, doughs—all of it. and, it's gorgeous :) though i am obsessive about storing things out of site, and i have very little counter space, this sits out.

I now make fresh pasta weekly. Because of the holidays and baking I’ll happily be using my newest toy a couple a times a week very soon.
