[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good! I've been using my mixer for just over a week now and everything has Everything has been as expected. Sturdy construction, powerful motor, looks great in the matte black; I did notice the mixer no longer includes a spring mechanism on the beater shaft to secure the whisk. I have not had any issues, this was just an observation in comparison to previous models I've owned.
