[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a big Christmas present from my mom this year. Her refurbished KitchenAid stand mixer was a wedding present 25 years ago and it still works as well as it did the day she got it, so I know mine is going to last me for many, many years as well! My S.O. and I are excited to get some attachments so we can make our own pasta and ground meat. One thing that is a little weird is that it sort of "jumps" when I make something with a thicker dough, like soft pretzels. I'll have to research and see if there's a fix for that, but it still works perfectly fine so it's only a minor annoyance that happens with certain recipes. Still love my KitchenAid mixer--especially with the matte finish!
