[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a matte black KitchenAid mixer for YEARS! My husband finally listened and got me one for Christmas and I can’t stop using it! My daughter is in a stage of loving to help me cook, and she loves it too! If you don’t have one already, get one! Best investment I’ve ever made.

I was making monkey bread for a neighbor and used the dough hook for the first time in my life. It was like magic... the time it saved, the solidity of the machine, and the thorough job it did mixing the dough. Thank you KitchenAid!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my mixer as a wedding gift and I am IN LOVE!!! To say I use it a lot is an understatement!! You can do so much with this mixer. I have used it nearly everyday since receiving it! It makes mixing such a breeze. And it’s so beautiful it can just stay out on your counter! I have the spiralizer and pasta roller attachments and I’ve had so much fun using them! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Love it but...

Frustrating experience with getting the one I ordered shipped, and had to call customer service three times...which, while I have never encountered such pleasant and helpful customer service employees, I was on hold approx three hours long in total.
Now, my locking mechanism on the motor head won’t lock. I absolutely can not bear calling in again.

I finally got been able to get it, but on its first used the one I got died fifteen minutes in making butter cream icing. frustrated and not ready to deal with the phone calls. I figured it was gonna be a headache Instead, the lady i had spoken to apologize about the inconvenience had one on its way to me and the information to send the other 1 back. Ever since then, I've used the new one.
And it's been working fantastically.
