Defective from the start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit with the dryer as a stackable set in May 2016.
The unit rattles and shakes profusely during the spin cycle.
I thought this was because of poor balancing by the installer but the installer states that this is a product warranty issue.

Leaking from somewhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is 3 years old now, and worked well until recently. In its normal spot in the laundry room it leaks in the later cycles. Yes, it's level and balanced. If I move the unit forward 3 feet, and ensure it's still level, it does not leak. No evidence of water on the hoses. I removed the back panel and nothing inside is leaking. I suspected the rubber ring at first, but that doesn't make sense given the behavior. I have to look at the discharge pump now - maybe moving the unit forward (which pulls the discharge line more horizontal) puts less strain on the pump. I'm not happy with this purchase at the moment, but am hoping for an easy fix.

Why didn't we do this sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our nearly 20 year old washer died on our way to a 4th of July party we changed our plans and went washer shopping be fore the party. I'm so glad we did. The capacity of this washer is much larger (no all day washing!) and items that have come out OK in the past look like new now. We couldn't be happier

Love the features and trying the various options. Athough we have not seen a water bill since our purchase it does seem to use less water and gets them as clean as our old conventional washer.

Love this machine

Excellent product. Bought the matching dryer too. Of all the features I like capacity and the ability to customize functions the most. The huge capacity is a real plus.
The door does weep when you fill it to capacity. But, that seems to be the case with most all front loaders.
Have not been able to pair the machine with my Android phone app yet.
Pros: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design

LG Front Load washer

Although I have only had this machine a month, and I believe it is to early to write a review, I'm going to anyway. I absolutely love, love my machine. It's quiet, efficient and above all my clothes have never looked better. They seem to come out brighter without having to add bleach. With it's extra large capacity drum I am able to wash my comforters at home instead of bringing them to a laundry mat. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this machine to everyone.

We love the quality and the features. From the music it plays when selecting the modes to the removal of the clothes - this washer is fantastic. We bought the matching dryer and also an LG French Door refrigerator and haven't looked back. We recommend this washer!

Great Update

I LOVE my gorgeous new washer. It does a fantastic job and I'm especially glad I bought the stands to go with it. My clothes are clean and the features make a chore a bit more pleasant. The only thing that would be nice is if I didn't have to worry about the moisture remaining after I use it.
