[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve enjoyed my LG washer for over ten years now. I have not had major problems but the front loader is very convenient. However, if you have back problems I think it’s better than a top loader. The machine is very user friendly and has many settings to meet any washing needs.

I bought this machine 5 years ago. Apparently there is a defect in the material (hard palstic moulding) with the tub assembly and it caused the counter weight on the botton of the tub to fail which caused damage to my machine.
