[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had refrigerator since April 2017. Had great results until very recently. Refrigerator defrosted and would not get down to correct temperature for a couple of days. I had received an email from LG about class action suit and how to file a claim. The process to do so took a bot of effort but LG arranged for repair with local service. The compressor was replaced free of charge and refrigerator has worked well so far.
