Since I have bought this refrigerator, the compressor has gone out 2 times and the ice maker had gone out multiple time. Only had since 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was happy until it about 15 months after purchase my ice maker stopped working, and it is suggested that I need an entire door. How is it my fault that I have an electrical problem. Now my condenser was just replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my condo in June 2020 and the kitchen was completely equipped with LG appliances. I liked the design of my refrigerator and the fact the water and ice features were on the outside part of the left door. Unfortunately, the refrigerator failed in January 2021 and could not be fixed; it is in fact a model covered under LG’s class action lawsuit settlement. Overall I was very disappointed with how unreliable it was and that I unexpectedly needed to buy a new refrigerator so quickly after moving into my new condo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the refrigerator for right around four years and have lost cooling twice. Both have been repaired under the manufacturers warranty, but it’s a huge pain and inconvenience to go through the process. Looks nice, spacious, but NOT WORTH IT.

I bought this in December 2016. It was a nice refrigerator with a lot of room. I liked the double door where I can quickly access the milk bottle. The bad thing about this refrigerator was that the compressor failed after 4 years. I have to call LG to claim the warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does everything you want from a refrigerator. Plenty of space inside. Nice compartments. Really keeps food cold. Cons-The doors should close a little softer. Ice maker clogs too often.
