We have had nothing but trouble with this piece of junk. As a matter of fact, we are waiting on a repairman to come out and fix it for the 4th time!!! It’s been out since Christmas Eve!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off... we bought this refrigerator over 4 years ago. When it worked it was great however during that time we've had 8 major service calls. Every major component was replaced by a certified LG service technician. Last month he recommended we request a replacement or refund. We ended up purchasing a different brand.

This fridge went out after 3 years. The compressor stopped working and we lost all our food. The repairman said he would never recommend this brand of refrigerator- it keeps him busy, but it is a terrible product with inferior parts.
