Bad Refrigerators

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bough this refrigerator on April of 2016 at HHGREG after running for more than a year then it turn out no cool air, replace the compressor, it run for a month. Then it broke again, this time is circus board problem, then they replace. after replace it run for about a month then it broken again. Not sure what happen for this time. But very frustrate, about your time your food and inconvenience. I have a Kenmore and I was use more than 15 years still running well. If anyone interested about this LG please be careful before you buy. I may go with Bosch or something else but not this LG.

Awesome, with one tiny flaw

Everything about this fridge is great! The quick-access door, the extra fridge drawer, the 2 drawers in the freezer and the lighting inside. BUT, the shelves in the main fridge only allow one small area for tall items, which you then have to lay down tall containers on their side. Overall Good buy.
Pros: Performance, easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice maker broke after 1 week. Waiting for repair would be a lot longer than exchanging which is unfortunate since exchanging is a much bigger deal for everyone. Ice and water dispenser levers scratched first use from using a regular glass. The features are nice it so not make up for the other issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased 11/2014 from Home Depot. Compressor died 9/2017. Replacement by "Certified LG Tech" died within 48 hrs of install. Don't waste your money or time on LG.

DO NOT BUY LG

Please DO NOT buy this or any LG product. I purchases this product is last 26 months and quick working while I was out of town leaving me with a huge mess and a lose of many dollars of food. I have been trying to get this product repaired for over three months without success. They make repair appointments and do not show up or the repair man does show up and replaces whatever part LG has approved them to replace or they make repair appointments and then they do not tell you so it your fault you didn't take another day off work and wait for them to show up. Don't file a complaint with LG requesting a replacement because everyone at LG will tell you the product does not qualify "IT IS FOR REPAIR ONLY"

It has an easily adjustable shelves. Ice maker works flawlessly, is concealed and no more ice exposed to raw meat. It has extra drawer above freezer.

We bought this refrigerator almost 2 months ago. It is by far worth the price. Great features. So easy to organize, and find what you need. Ice maker and filteres water are great. Would highly recommend.
