The salesman was excellent he canceled the transaction and wrote with a new credit card. Then as I was taking a second look at the unit and measured again, I had him upgrade to the larger model. The fit is perfect and the installers were efficient and accommodating and very forthcoming with information. Thank you all for a job well done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for three months now and although the cooling is not a problem the quality of the latch in the door-in-door is poor. It does not always latch when the outer door is closed. Also the magnetic seal of the two french doors is weak and the doors must be pushed closed to prevent them from opening.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great fridge

The fridge is huge! Plenty of room. The finish doesn't show fingerprints and smudges. Love the door-in-door feature for frequently reached for items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my LG French Door Fridge! I love the door in door feature, so hand for grabbing things frequently used like milk and juice! The extra drawer is also nice for chilling, or cooling big items like meat trays, etc! Or fill with soda pop, or water bottles for those big youth events or football party! There is so much too like about this fridge!

The perfect refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this beauty for over 4 months. It is a dream - the shelves move very easily. The freezer 3 drawer organization allows you to really know where things are without getting lost in the laurels of the freezer. The chill drawer keeps the cheese, meats and wine really chilled. I have found that this extends the life of the products I place in the drawer. Except the wine seems to disappear (LOL). Easy access to everything. Extremely easy to clean; and cleans well. The only thing I would love to see improved would be to have a designated place for the butter and an egg holder of some type. I currently use the middle slide easy access for the eggs, but the butter should have a designated covered shelf of some type as you are unable to store in the door - spaces, not quite wide enough for a butter dish. The easy access door is great for holding your drinks and stuff you use all of the time, keeping the inside colder. The gentle ding of the alarm is a unique feature that lets you know the door is open longer that it should be. Reminds you to stop meandering and close the door. It's the perfect refrigerator for me; I can't imagine anyone having buyers remorse if they are lucky enough to purchase on.
