[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this new LG refrigerator (model: LMXS30776S) in October 2017, to replace a 2-year old refrigerator. THE OLD UNIT WAS MAKING noises and a compressor was too hot to touch.
The new LG refrigerator is our first and it looks great in our kitchen along with other appliances. It is big on the outside and spacious on the inside. The interiors are really bright with LEDs. It seems like LG has incorporated many ideas into the refrigerator before designing it. There are two good features which we like:
1) Door-in-door, a space for plenty of items to access quick without opening a big door,
2) Custom-Chill Drawer with different temperature settings for meats and drinks.

We have not had this refrigerator long, so far it is still in good working order. Our hope is this refrigerator will last many years to come without problems, even though we have read many reviews rated from good (5-stars) to bad (1-star). We trust LG will stand behind its proud and reputation even after the first-year manufacturer warranty expires.
On another happy note, LG, we are still very satisfied with our top-load 5.7 cu. ft. washer (model: WT7700HVA) and 9.0 cu. ft. gas dryer (model: DLGX770IVE), which were purchased in 2015.
Sometime late in 2018, we are considering buying a new over the range/cook-top microwave oven to replace the existing one. We hope it WILL BE LG microwave oven.

Love this fridge!

I love this fridge, it's huge, it hold so much, I can't reach all the way in the back on the top. I love the doorvin door. Keeping the stainless clean is the only problem I have, otherwise this is the perfect refrigerator for my large family.

I love the door in door option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I searched for many months to find all of the features I wanted. I wanted more fridge space as I have more than enough freezer space. Water and Ice in door was a must but I did not want the ice maker taking up space in the fridge or freezer area. The door in door is an option I don't know how I lived without. The flex drawer space is so handy. I feel I made the best choice to fit my families needs.
