I bought this refrigerator about a month ago. While I do not HATE it...there are several things that I do not like and wish I had looked more closely at.
1 - A wine bottle will only fit in the door if it has not been opened or if you put the original foil cut circle on top. The cork or any wine stoppers will not allow you to close the door.
2 - Although the bottom shelf does push back to allow for taller items in the fridge, it is not big enough. I guess this is the sacrifice you make for having the extra drawer. (which I DID want)
3 - I do NOT like the water dispenser. It is always spotted and rather odd to use.
4 - The ice dispenser is very small

I bought this fridge in 2016 not long after we started to experience a noise and it kept getting louder so I called for help, apparently it was the freezer fan so that was replaced. 7 months later the same thing and I called the service company out. The tech said it was the fan again and I told him I was really upset with this product. This time the service tech ordered a whole new computer board for it. It took me a month to get it fixed! The part was delayed but finally its working again. If this happens again within 6 months I will be calling legal help to see if we can get a new fridge and this time no LG!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
