[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought at the first of the year (2018) so far we're very happy. Wasn't convinced about the "door-in-door" deal, but my husband liked the idea. Now we bother really like it. Not convinced it's an energy saver, but it is handy for keeping this organized and easy access to things we use frequently, like milk and our condiments. There is an issue with the collapsible shelve; it doesn't stay attached when it's pulled out. But I haven't contacted the company about it yet., hopefully it's not to late. Love, love, love the extra drawer. Really great for snacks and drinks. Ive heard several of people having problems after the first year and not getting good repair service. Keeping my fingers crossed that I still love it a year from now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this originally on 8/7 it was delivered on the 9th I was over the moon excited; well... turned out the middle drawer control panel didn’t work AND the freezer wouldn’t close. Had a Technician come out to repair then decided to just exchange. Received the second one yesterday 8/14 guess what?!? The ice dispenser that everyone who has had this fridge over a year says goes out at that point is already broken. I am likely to say that LG has a defective ice maker/dispenser unit and needs to revisit the engineering of this component. It will be returned and not repurchased as I fear this will continue to be a problem.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had this refrigerator for 3 years. Stuff started not working in about a year..I wish someone would have warned me before I bought. Called a repairman. He said he didn’t work on LG refrigerators. They cost so much to fix it is cheaper to buy a new refrigerator..
