[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last fall for a long kitchen upgrade project. It has been in service for a week and has preformed flawlessly. VERY quiet and great features especially the CustomChill drawer. Just tall enough for a beer or soda can and can hold around 3 cases. I was worried that the ice maker might be too small as I entertain a lot, but so far it has been holding it's own. Very happy with this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 7 year old Samsung that started to become problematic. Love the flexible door feature that is great for deli. Inside fridge has more usable room with the ice maker contained inside the door. Only complaint I have is that ice cubes are a little on the small side, but not a big deal.

A BIG LET DOWN

Bought the refrigerator 11/16 it is two and a half years old. The first had 3 service call for freezer frosting up. The second year call for the outside finish flacking off, service tech. said he will order a new door but never heard from him. Now it will not cool we need to call LG again. They told me to call them back in 24 hours it may fix itself, but it did not work! I call them again after the 24 hours and told them it is not cooling still (lost all the food). Now they will send parts out and a service tech should show up in two days, why didn't they do that yesterday! Now we will be out of a refrigerator an extra day. I hope that will fix it, or will the drama go on! MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE KEPT MY OLD ONE.

I spent an incredible amount of money on LG appliances because I wanted to have good quality appliances. In less than 3 years the ice machine quit working and the condenser went bad. I have now been 2 weeks without a refrigerator because they had to order the parts. From what I have read this is pretty common with the LG refrigerators. Spending $2300 on an appliance that lasts less than 4 years is terrible value.

Great Fridge, BUT!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this LG in December of 2016 and had the Geek squad out 3 times for the freezer defrost fan and circuit board. It was a little over a year ago and the refrigerator fan is making noise again. They replace parts but it still comes back. i have a complete LG kitchen but this refrigerator has been a pain.

Best of all the layout of the interior (even the freezer part) makes everything accessible. It fits right where my old refrigerator did but seems to have twice the room inside!
