Plenty of freezer space including Pizza/popsicle tray and additional 2 slide out draws in freezer, Top 2 drawers have solid bottom so food doesn't spill out. Temp control draw to use as needed is perfect for quick snacks/meat drawer. The door in door is perfect and cuts down on opening the entire fridge. Temperature control is fabulous and everything stays really frozen or refrigerated to the correct temp. Perfect organization features to keep everything in place. So happy I purchased this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for 3 years 2 months and 20 days. All cooling ceased and the compressor was audibly running. I was infuriated by the potential $1000+ repair bill likely required to the point where I was picking out new models of any refrigerator that was not LG. I calmed down and called the customer service line and explained the situation. The agent exclaimed that it is much too soon (by a decade) for this kind of problem and she initiated the repair scheduling. The parts and labor costs will be covered completely. All one could ask for.

Still not cooling

We have had an ice maker replaced and two new compressors and currently is not cooling. Waiting again for the tech to show up. We have lost many dollars of food in the process! Waiting for LG to replace our lemon!

Not easy to repair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor failed after two years. There seems to be no end in the repair process. There is always one more thing to do to make it cool. Lg is willing to spend for repairs, but do not expect it to be replaced. They should have told us up front and we would have just cut our losses. Warranty seems to mean working on the appliance not making customer happy. More to come.
