Beautiful design and function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new LG fridge for several weeks now and are really enjoying the french doors and the door in door function. It makes it very convenient to access the enormous interior of the unit. We've never had extra room in a fridge before-now we do. The freezer door being on the bottom was a great idea- makes for easy access to the roll out trays. We would buy this Fridge again!!

Some design issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG French Door (3 door) door-in-door, black stainless refrigerator because it had the features I liked. Especially having the ice maker in the door and not taking up space on the shelf. After delivery I noted that the right door does not open fully causing a difficulty getting into the shelf and bin behind the door. It was brought to the attention of the store where it was purchased and they sent out a technician to look at it. Unfortunately the there is a positive stop on the door hinge mechanism that prevents the door from fully opening. I was told it was a design issue and there was nothing they could do about it. Then was told it is a problem with all the French Door LG refrigerators with that design. I still like the features for which we bought it but don't know if what to have to work around the right door every time I want to get something off the right shelf. The only option given me was to have it picked up and replace it with another manufacturer's product.
Why can't LG readdress the design issue?? It appears to be a simple fix but I can't do any repairs as it would void the warranty. How do I get some help from LG???

Top Mount freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had about a month. It works excellent. Has plenty of room. The lights are more than adequate. This is my first stainless, not crazy about the fingerprints and it is not magnetic.

More useable space than my old 24cu fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The layout of the shelves allows for much more useable space. That includes the door and main compartment. the Ice maker produces much better and larger ice cubes.
