We love the many features of the LG

We love the great features of the LG door in a door refrigerator. The ice and water in the door are so convenient .Love the choice of crushed or cubed ice. The three crisper drawers make it easy to store fruits and vegs. separately as well as bread in the center .The freezer is so spacious. The different shelves make it easy to organize the freezer. Overall, a great product.

I am impressed with:

I would like to see :
1. Better interior LED lighting in refrigerator - additional lights near the back of the interior
2. easier access to the items on the bottom shelf.

We went from a 20 cu.ft. side by side to a 24 cu.ft top freezer/bottom refrigerator, and it fits in the same space. We love the LED lighting; it illuminates the whole compartment, freezer and refrigerator, and the amount of storage in both is fantastic. I especially like the fact that there are separate temperature controls for the freezer and refrigerator (many other manufacturers use a single control for both units). And it is very quiet when it runs.

Excellent all around refrigerator

This is the first LG frig I have ever owned and I am extremely pleased with it. The LED lighting is great,
the door shelves are large and hold a multitude of items.
The frig is really quiet, I down even know it's on. I like the
button on the ice maker a lot more then pushing down the
bar on other models. The interior shelves are roomy and
hold everything I put in there without a problem. I haven't
had problems with ice cream not staying cold or any kind
of frost anywhere in the freezer, which is also very roomy. Overall I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Replaced a competitor's French Door fridge with this unit and we are very happy that we did.
Love the shelving and drawers. Drawers are quiet when compared to other drawers of the same style. Extra ice tray in the freezer to empty in door ice maker and enture you stay full of ice.
Door-in-door feature is very convenient for our son to get in and out of without having to open the heavy door with everything in it. Ice and water dispenser couldn't be more user friendly.

Great refrigerator design and operation

We love our new refrigerator for the way it looks, the interior design, good ice maker and quiet operation. Our only issues are with the door closures. The lower door will not stay open even if pushed all the way back. The freezer door will not close all the way by itself. It stops about 4 inches from closing and needs an extra push. We've tried numerous times to adjust the upper hinge and level the doors, but nothing seems to do the trick.

We love, Love, LOVE this fridge!

This refrigerator has so many amazing features!
-Door-in-door allows us to have things we reach for often available without opening the whole fridge up.
-Ice maker provides us with PLENTY of ice on a daily basis.
-Shelves slide for easy access to the items that tend to "hide" in the back ;)
-Cantilevered shelf is great for the few tall things -you only "lose" 1/2 the space of the shelf above it.
-Then there is the freezer - That third drawer is just the thing for freezing things that need to be frozen individually (chicken breasts, fruits, etc) before they are stored in zip-lock bags. Just place them on a cookie sheet, pop them in the middle tray for a few hours & you're good to go!
-Lastly, the meat/deli/produce drawer - what a GREAT idea to be able to use it for different things! As we grow lots of veggies ourselves, the extra produce storage will be great come later in the season!
...And did I mention how quiet it is????

Love the door in door, and ice in door

If you have kids, the door in door is great for milk and applesauce/yogurt stick grabs. For the adults, wine bottle or the little cartons fit great. The 3rd drawer in the freezer is a MUST- we had a french door without one , and it is so much easier to store and find what you need fast. The little middle drawer in the fridge is great for my limes and lemons. The design of the icemaker is perfect- plenty of ice but doesn't take up a lot of room. Put the ketchup in the rack on that door, and no one can say MOM, where is the Ketchup! They find it right away. I guess that is the big feature with this one- you open it up, and its easy to find what you need. The Lighting is bright and the air filtration works well. What onions?? I researched for months before I bought, and I feel I made the right choice.
Pros: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design, awesome!!
