Love the bottom freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this refrigerator. I love the door-in-door feature for often used items. It provides easy access to tea, juice, milk, etc. without completely opening the doors. The slim design of the in-door ice maker provides all the ice we use and doesn't take up much of the refrigerator space as other brands do and still has smaller profile shelves on the inside of the door. The bottom freezer is loaded with with space including 2 sliding drawers so food doesn't have to be stacked like in a chest freezer. My only problem is in getting used to the wide open space. My old side-by-side prohibited items of any size and required a plan for food loading. Did I say I loved the quiet?

Very happy with the design and utilization of space and compartments. This is my first LG product and will probably consider other LG appliances for my home. I would recommend this refrigerator.

Super convenient refrigerator !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the LG fridge after we enjoyed using it while staying at a friend’s home. Truthfully had only just purchased a new refrigerator 2 years ago, but hated it. Ice maker took up half of interior space and the drawers would not stay stationary-they kept sliding out and making us crazy. The LG is AMAZING! Love every feature! The triple drawer freezer is perfect for dividing meats, ice cream, frozen veggies, etc. My favorite part though, is the door in door access for our most used items, like milk, juice, mayo..... The interior is huge! Enjoy folks! It’s a keeper. One suggestion to the design team at Lg would be to add a small LED light to the water dispenser. People are not used to the “exterior” dispenser nozzle and frequently try to fill the water glass and dispense water onto their forearm. A simple light would call their attention to it without being intrusive .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had the refrigerator for 2 weeks, and my main concern was that it would keep the food cold enough, as of the negative reviews I'd read, they spoke of this fridge not cooling well. So far, it's been fine. I did raise the cooling to level 4, and it's been good - it passes my ice-cold milk test. Now just praying that it continues to do that for many, many years.
I was limited in my choices due to space constraints. This fits perfectly, and gives me plenty of room inside for all food, and all easily accessible. Again, all I wanted was a big box to keep my food and drinks nice and cold, and SO FAR, it's doing that. I did not give 5 stars only because it's too soon to judge unconditionally, as for a major appliance the end result comes with maintaining excellent functioning over time, and those negative reviews are still lurking in my mind. Time will tell. In terms of other negative comments I'd read regarding inside lighting: it's fine - adequate - lighting strips along back walls would enhance but not absolutely necessary. I also have not had problems with the fridge door hitting my feet (but that may be because other reviews warned about that and I'm conscientiously avoiding putting my feet under the door).

Spacious and looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for about a month. I love it. When shopping, I didn’t want a French door and and the bottom freezer fridges wouldn’t fit in my space. So, I “ settled” for this one. Once it was delivered, I couldn’t believe how much I liked it! It is spacious and I love the lights on the inside. They are so bright. I also like the shallow drawer under the middle shelf. It works greats for snacks, cheeses, and sandwich meats. In addition, the black stainless finish looks so good! Something else I wasn’t looking for, but ended up loving. I would buy this again! I’ve had no problems since I got it!
