It has an attractive exterior - black stainless steel, and the interior is well lit with LED's, and has a nice arrangement of drawer space. The only drawback so far - and it may be temporary - is that the temperature in the refrigerator and freezer had to be adjusted several times before it finally settled down to a good temp for each.

I chose it because of the features: stainless steel (although not fingerprint proof :( - but loved the huge capacity inside because the ice maker is on the door-not taking up any shelf space!!!! I love the pull out freezer shelves in the freezer-there are two besides the deep bottom freezer area. I can store so much more than ever before. I also love the door-in-a-door feature on the right side of fridge. I can open it to get out the items I use most often without having to completely open the whole fridge! I love the LED lighting inside too! I am so happy I found this model! It is the best. And the LG name gives me piece of mind that it is a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We hadn't planned to buy a refrigerator with a top freezer, but as soon as we saw this model, we were immediately drawn to it. It is more spacious than we expected, and the ample shelves on the doors make it easy to access everything inside. Externally, it is about the same size as our previous refrigerator, yet the interior spaces seem much less cramped. The big difference is that the shelving inside is no longer divided. Very clean, uncluttered layout. The price was very reasonable, but the overall quality of our refrigerator is second to none.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took delivery on this refrigerator 2/9/18. Had the delivery folks reverse the doors to left side hinge. Cools well and we like the layout of the drawers and shelving. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the ambiguous temperature control. You push a button to select one of about 5 positions based on some LEDs that light up with each push. There is no indication as to how many degrees each LED changes the temperature either on the control or in the manual. It just says change it up or down if needed then wait 24 hours to see the results. My experience has been the control makes very little temperature change. The good news is it seems to run between 36 and 38 Deg F when set on the middle setting. I am using an Acurite refrigerator/freezer temperature monitor with an inside sensor and outside temperature display.

I like the sliding drawer which is really roomy. So far no issues at all. The finish on the outside is so easy to clean too. Very good and the price was good too.
