Dents & Pings in freezer door
on January 25, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG about a year ago. After 6 months I noticed some indentations in the freezer door. Over the past few months they have increase where the freezer door looks like a car with hail damage. Little pings and dents but just on the upper freezer door not the refrigerator door. I've seen other complaints like this. When I called their customer service and I was told their was nothing they could do about it since it was a cosmetic problem. But they also couldn't tell me what is causing these indentations. The damage is not being done by anyone and these dents seems to be multiplying. I would seriously suggest not buying this product until they can figure out what is causing this problem and correct he issue!!
Pros: easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this a month ago to replace our aging unit and are very impressed with refrigerator. The storage space is abundant and every corner is visible, nothing can hide and be forgotten.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So quiet that I had to ask if it was on. Love the LED lighting! And the door shelving is a very nice size...can hold a gallon pitcher in the door. Must have to appreciate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved into my new home and have 5 kids, so a family of seven eats a lot of food. The freezer is fantastic, and the drawers/trays give a lot of options for fitting gallons of milk, fresh food and plenty of plastic containers of leftovers :)
Pros: Style/Design, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like the look but the doors are badly designed
on September 26, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model because of the "4 doors" feature, and while the look is good and the fridge is working well so far in that it runs, keeps things at the right set point temp and the ice maker has not stopped working yet (these are all good things) we really hate one thing - the right side door, when you open both doors together the inner clear plastic cover "unlocks" all by it self and swings wildly around, usually hitting you in the face if you are not careful. So you have to snap it shut, like all the time, every time, this is a design flaw in my opinion the LG engineers should have seen this flaw. because of this flaw - and it is not a broken door, nothing is 'broken", it just pops open all by itself whenever you open the door, I have to give this unit low marks - it is disappointing.
