We bought our refrigerator a little over 2 years ago, and the compressor went out. LG sent a service repairman out, Randy was great! They diagnosed the problem before they came, brought part fixed (parts and labor were included). Thanks LG, it's doing GREAT!

The two drawers in the freezer sections are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was delivered on May 4th 2019 so it is less than 2 months old.There was problems with the door freezer and refrigerator door. Lowe's sent a different crew to adjust it. Seem to work however new the refrigerator door is scrapping. Called Lowe's they said to call LG. LG said it sounded like a defect however if it was not we would be billed. We had purchased an extended warranty. Lowe's said they would look into it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this LG Refrigerator during the recent renovation of my kitchen. Had a Whirlpool previously . What caught my attention with this refrigerator was the long pull out drawer in the center of the refrigerator for storing items and also the wide door bins in the door. The LED lighting in the freezer and bottom section is neat also. I like the warning sound that is made when the doors are left open for a period of time also. So far I am pleased with this LG Refrigerator.
