[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge itself is great, storage, inside features. The problem is the finish. We have a dark gray that’s supposed to hide fingerprints.
The finish started flaking at edges so they sent us a new door for both freezer in fridge. They tried sending us a new door at least four times and every time the door was dented.
They finally just gave us a cash settlement and we have a slightly dented door.
It was frustrating but the company stood by their product

Great futures

I bought this 2 years ago. After a year it stopped cooling and it was repaired. Otherwise, very comfortable inside to place your food. I live the door in door future.

We LOVE our LG Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our refrigerator for about 5 years now and have enjoyed it. We're a Family of 6 and it has really served us well. The only issue we ran into was earlier this year (during COVID), where we needed to replace the compressor. Thankfully LG has their troubleshooting and repair process streamlined, so we were back up and running in a matter of days. The troubleshooting process was high-tech, but very simple. LG really took care of us. We've enjoyed our LG refrigerator so much, that we've bought a LG washer and dryer. We even have a LG UHD TV!

lots of storage space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice keeper in door has shelves over it, no lost space. Three produce drawers to keep food separated. Deli drawer so I can keep bread and larger items. Love the right door so I can keep butter, condiments, dressing and many other things and not open the refrigerator. I can also access the right door on either side.
