Bought several LG appliances 3 years ago. so far this has had the least amount of problems. one night the water dispenser came on and flooded the kitchen-and no one was in the kitchen-it's not like it got stuck after someone used it. Had a mind of it's own
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG refrigerator arrive on December 24, and I have to say that I really love it. I was surprised how big and roomy it is. The doors open wide and it's really easy to load and unload food. I highly recommend LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is 3 years old. The compressor broke and needed to be repaired. The seals needed to be replaced. The ice and water taste bad, even with a brand new filter. The doors started to peel and needed to be replaced. The only upside is the manufacturer’s warranty paid for the compressor, seals and door replacement.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
