Problem with top shelf

I’ve had this refrigerator for a couple years and like it. The only problem is that the top shelf keeps cracking. Is there anything that can be done to stop this from happening? I’ve replaced this shelf twice already.

Faulty Thin Shelves

Within a year the outer plastic trim started cracking on both the upper and middle shelves.

Great Fridge

Love all the space. Love the LED lighting. The freezer drawers are great. Not to hard to clean. I use a stainless steel spray and wipe with a paper towel with the grain.

This refrigerator is nice looking and I love all the features it has such as all the clear door shelves and crisper drawers it's nice to see what you have very easily and the LED lighting in the fridge and freezer is great. It is also very quiet. You can't go wrong with this fridge.

I decided to replace my 16 year old Maytag, I kept it going over the years by repairing it myself. The new unit is great, the only thing that would make it perfect would be a higher water flow from the dispenser. I would like to be able to fill up some large water bottles in a timely matter. I have great water pressure so I know that is not the problem, I think the opening is just to small.

we love the design......lots of interior room in refrigerator with French doors.....and 3 areas in freezer helps locating frozen food.....AND ice cube maker in door is a space saver too......this refrigerator is the best ever!

It is spacious, very well lit inside and it keeps everything at the right temps. Ice maker works well, also. Love the shelves in the door for keeping milk and wine.

Convienent storaage, efficient and quiet

The amount of available storage is much more than we expected. The fridge runs so quietly that you have to pay close attention to hear it. The LED lighting is a big plus for finding items.. The door storage is designed well.
The ice maker is quick to fill up the tray.
