[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator cooled great and worked well until a little after 3 years. Also, the Wifi capability worked only for a little while but stopped before 1 year was up. The manufacturer's warranty thankfully covered the repair of the fridge when it stopped cooling. Customer service was great and worked everything out with my husband. Customer service is the reason there are 4 stars instead of 2 or 3. I do hope this repair helps the fridge to work at least 7 more years.

This unit was the best fit spacewise and has all the features we were looking for. Very happy with our purchase. We had the door reversed to be able to fully open the unit, but that was no problem for the installers.

I BOUGHT LG’s after that experience and that is all I buy. They have great picture and great support. For the last 18 years this is my television for work and home. I tell everyone to buy LG because I have never been disappointed

Love - hate relationship with this refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Negatives: Hate the stainless steel....very hard to keep shiny and clean and the inside door DOES NOT STAY CLOSED!! I have had to tape it shut! Practically impossible to find someone to service in my area...I live in Southern New Jersey so not some far our place! Positive: I LOVE the door in door feature and the overall refrigerator keeps my food cold and frozen...the freezer drawer took a little getting used to but very spacious and the 2 drawers there is GREAT!
