Every since I purchased my LG it’s been nothing but problems the compressor went out I’ve had repairs service at least 10 times if not more it’s currently linking water these are some defected refrigerators and LG is aware. So I am absolutely not satisfied.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer seems a bit small compared to my old one. I put additional shelf in mine. For the refrigerator portion the dairy (butter) compartment is small needs to be wider for sure. The amount of space in refrigerator is fantastic.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this fridge in November 2020. I had no problems with it. It's big, quiet and bright. Works okay. Makes ice. About a month ago the top shelf in the fridge part broke. It was very random. I called customer service and they sent a new one out as it was still under warranty. I'm happy with this purchase and the service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had high hopes for this fridge! Found that the black stainless steel door fronts are made of the thinnest metal know to man. They have multiple dents on them from just opening and closing the doors. Ice maker leaks, and the water from the dispenser comes out like a fire hose. Now the fridge just stopped cooling, just before the 5 year mark. Luckily there was a class action law suit that forced LG to extend the warranty to 5 years. Good thing is that it was covered, and was repaired at no cost by LG.
