[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 20 year old Maytag with this refrigerator. We were looking for something that held a lot, just like our old one did, but more efficiently. This LG fit the bill and we liked the clean, modern lines for our white kitchen. Another nice feature that we like are the "door open" tones that gently remind us if the doors have be left open too long. The pantry and crisper drawers glide very smoothly and work great. We wish there was an additional light in the top rear of the refrigerator compartment as the areas in the rear are dark. The only other shortcoming would be the lack for moveable door tray positions to accommodate multiple size and shape items. We do love the quietness and spaciousness of the LG and hope it will also last 20 years.

However, it took over 2 weeks to get it repaired so we were left without a refrigerator and lost a lot of food when it went out. Its hard living out of an ice chest for weeks. I
This fridge is still under warranty and we keep having the same issues and are loosing food every time it breaks down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent refrigerator with grate features, very roomy works perfectly. BUT the top freezer opens when you close the bottom door so you have to manually press in to make sure the gasket seal is tight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In reviewing the refrigerator in the store I thought it was the best of all the models. I found the LED lights to be very dark to find anything inside the unit. I like the door layout, but the shelving is low down and hard to find things towards the back. I understand the freezer is best on the top, but for old people to continue to bend over and almost get on the knees to find thing inside with poor lighting is not great. It operates great otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is everything that the wife wished for. We sold our house to the son and this is just like the one we had. She enjoys a top freezer with an ice maker and plenty of storage in the refrigerator.
