The tech informed us that there is a problem with the compressors for this unit and that he was not surprised it had gone out. Thankfully, we purchased a 5 year warranty and was able to get it repaired at no cost.

I purchased Our LG refrigerator in 2018 and have had them out to fix it 4 times Now our condenser is out and they are re scheduling another visit We aren’t very satisfied with this product JCC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our current fridg of 15 years was functional but small in size due to space constraints and it needed replacing so we wanted a fridge that had more cubic feet while searching we found this one as it met our size constraints so we purchased- and have not had any second thoughts since it was installed: It is so much bigger and holds so much more than our old Ken or (19 cubic feet). I highly recommend this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the layout, the size , and the lighting in this fridge. The door in door feature is fabulous. Unfortunately in the short 2.5 years I have owned it I have had 2 major repairs. The last one just this week when the compressor and evaporater had to be replaced, leaving me without a fridge for 10 days. This model is part of a class action suit because so many have failed within the first few years. I can only hope the new parts have been updated so they last many years.

I bought this almost four years ago and the compressor went out on it. There is a class action on this refrigerator. Don’t buy it.
