I wanted this refrigerator from the first moment I saw it! At that time, I thought the price was too high! However, the store where I purchased it, had a "match a price" policy and I was able to find it for a lesser amount elsewhere online. The store accepted the price! I was THRILLED! It was PERFECT until one day, it stopped working completely! Found out that it was the main part which was found to be a problem on 2017 models! The repairman took care of it and NO CHARGE and we're back on track! LOVE IT!!!!

I love the 3 shelves in the door and the pull out pantry tray, as well as the large fruit and vegetable drawers. I just wish the lighting at the top shelf were a bit brighter.

With 37 degree standard temp, food stays fresher longer. Also, by using locking storage containers along with paper towels, we throw out almost nothing.
The center drawer is very convenient because it keeps smaller items from stacking up on the other shelves.
The built-in hidden door handle makes for a more sleek look and safer experience.
The door shelves easily hold gallon containers. We have 1 gallon bottle about 12 smaller condiment bottles in each shelf.
Be sure to properly adjust the front feet at installation. Make sure the door hinge side is high enough to help close the door.
The door has a hitch in it near closing so it takes a bit of effort to close it.

Adjusting the feet will also help reduce noise from the compressor. (I found this out on the website, which is very informative and well done.
FYI: The fridge does make some popping and other various noises during operation.
Overall, we're fine with it, especially for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator its self is wonderful when its working. We love all the features it has. Holds a ton of food and haven really seen anything else with as much capacity. The reliability far out weighs the good features.
The coil design and fan for the coils however constantly gets clogged up with animal hair and dust. I have to clean it out every couple months or it pretty much plugs up. Never had this issue on previous designs.
Bought this originally because of the 10 year warranty on the compressor only to find out a year late, when the compressor died, that there was a class action lawsuit about how horribly unreliable these direct-drive inverter compressors are.
