Great….when it’s working…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved into a new house that had this fridge installed. The house was built in 2014, and we’ve lived here for almost 2 years. In that time Ice has built-up in the vents 3 times. I’ve replaced the defrost sensor but it only helped for a few months. Is there a way to extend the defrost timing???

We also have had trouble finding someone who will work on it. It's been over a month and still waiting on a repair person.

Our 18 month old LG fridge needed a new compressor, frustrating for such a new appliance. After some time on the phone with customer service the company agreed to replace the compressor and covered the cost of the parts and labor. Tech was neat and tidy, repair completed in about an hour and a half. 60 days later it’s happened again! Freezer set to -21 and we can’t get ice, food spoiling, and the process begins again. LG may be an acronym for Lotsa Grief
