[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product in 2016 and was disappointed that the compressor went out in six years, but after I finally found out who the LG Service center was, which they need to update, B & M did a excellent job in replacing the Compressor.
Has very good features but poor quality. Compressor died after three years. Very functional when it worked though

We bought it in 2019 and the compressor quit working twice and we lost all our food. We never did get it fixed after 4 months but LG did eventually pay us a decent price for the fridge. Dont ever use AE appliance repairs they never fixed it.

LG was able to service my needs within 5 days of my call! Here were some hiccups with scheduling but the service provided did a great job explaining the problem and taking care of the issues. My biggest concern was the cost! Our refrigerator was less than 2 years old and the compressor and refrigerant went out! WHY?!? We had just gone grocery shopping so we lost A LOT of food and money for a family of 6! I would say with the cost of repair and the food lost it was over $1000! If LG knows there is a problem with these items why didn’t they do a recall so we wouldn’t have incurred such a loss! Disappointing to say the least.

This experience was seem-less and they handled Everything after I gave them a call. The Refrigeration person fixed the problem in the next couple of days!
Overall an awesome product, we recently had to have the linear compressor replaced which is under warranty. We did have to pay for the labor, but overall the refrigerator has been amazing
