We purchased our refrigerator in 2017 and love it!! The compressor went out about 3 weeks ago and thankfully the compressor carries a 10 year warranty. LG expedited the replacement and it is now good as new.

We did have 2 service calls over the years related to the compressor but LG and their technician always treated us fairly in repairing. We've never had to pay anything for the repairs or service calls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly good product. Realized produce drawers are not on rollers like previous LG refrigerator. Dispensing unit not normal. It would seem that you would touch new option to select it but in fact you touch the button of the option currently selected to change option. I guess this is normal, I didn’t read manual.
