Poor freezer temperature control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having purchased this in July, I have had constant wide swings in freezer temps., no matter how high I set it. The ice cream, at times, is like soft serve. The outside of the door is quick to show fingerprints & smudges; constantly cleaning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Basic fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product for one year and find it to be just ok. The unit runs on the noisy side, particularly the ice maker. The stainless steel is difficult to keep smudge and streak-free. The interior space is more than acceptable as there have always been several options for me to arrange the contents.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fine, but plastic components break

The freezer is fine, the refrigerator is fine, except that the lower shelves are so low, that for "older people" they are too low. So, when you stand up, and hold onto the shelf, it cracked and I had to replace it. Maybe reinforce your "plastic" components. Maybe try a little engineering of yesteryear - metal, or something stronger.
Nice frige, but for LG I expect more. Other appliances that we bought, like the Microwave, has no feature to change the power level or a "quick setting" like time/power - so it makes it difficult to use. Sears has a basic Microwave that does this basic function.
I like the lighting, the controls, and the ~24 cu.ft.
You guys to improve your firmware to make it easier for the average consumer to easily program things for other appliances, such as the microwave and the dishwasher that has NO heater.
Pros: Style/Design
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a year ago and absolutely love it. It holds so much and has great features. I wasn't sure I would like the freezer on the bottom but I think it's great. With the drawers it makes everything very convenient. The only thing bad I wI'll say is the vegetable/fruit drawers aren't that big. But I can live with them.

Lots of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the amount of space in this refrigerator. Really like that the ice/water dispenser can fit a very tall cup. Great lighting makes it much easier to see things in the back of the refrigerator.
Disappointed with the fixed shelves in the refrigerator doors. Really wish the dividers in the freezer could be placed where we want, but they're only slightly adjustable. Could be much more functional if things were more adjustable.
Seems like things don't stay very cold, especially in the top shelves of the freezer. We have the refrigerator set to 36 degrees and the freezer set to minus 4 degrees.

Loud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately every so often this fridge emits a very loud hum, as it sounds like the compressor or some other part kicks in. This is frequent after the fridge has been opened 2 or 3 times in a row.
We are using it in a downstairs family room/bar area, so it interrupts our movies frequently.
